G&E Sales, short for Global & Emerging Sales, was established following Martin Konerth's initial experience of introducing products to the UAE market in 2019. He recognized a critical systemic gap: most companies entering new markets lacked the specialized, hands-on support required to see significant results in the target market.

Seeing innovative businesses struggle with complex market landscapes, a lack of market knowledge and the lack of a suitable partner network and strategic plan, including execution, Martin's objective became clear: to provide the expert guidance that he felt was missing as part of most companies' expansion plan.
