In late April and early May 2025, G&E Sales had the privilege of representing Easy Automator (RPR Automation) during a business trip to Brazil. The Brazilian market is one of Latin America's most dynamic automation hubs.
Why Brazil? Why Now?
Brazil's manufacturing sector is thriving, with a particular strength in industries like welding, metalworking, powder coating, painting, and quality inspection. However, many Brazilian companies still face a critical challenge: automating complex manual processes that are time-consuming, costly, and increasingly difficult to execute due to labor shortages.
This is where Easy Automator brings in its potential. Their innovative solution allows companies to automate these manual processes without requiring programming expertise—simply copy human motion and transfer it to a cobot or robot. With Brazil's growing demand for automation solutions and a shortage of skilled workers, the market potential is enormous.
Building Strategic Partnerships: The Foundation of Success
Before attending EXPOMAFE, we strategically met with three key partners to establish the groundwork for Easy Automator's Brazilian expansion:
Partnership 1: Cobots Automação Robotizada
At the beginning, Martin Konerth conducted a first training session with Marcio Mininel from Cobots Automação Robotizada at a Universal Robots distributor facility in São Paulo. Cobots Automação Robotizada is Easy Automator's first integration partner in Brazil.
During the session, we demonstrated how Easy Automator seamlessly integrates with top-tier robotic systems, including Universal Robots and any other brand supported by RoboDK (over 1,200 robot and cobot models). This compatibility is one of Easy Automator's greatest strengths—it works with any robotic brand, whether industrial-grade or small and light cobots.
Partnership 2: DCTech Systems Automação Industrial (ELITE ROBOTS Distributor)
Afterwards we met André Bernal and Marcos Bernal at DCTech Systems Automação Industrial, the local distributor of ELITE ROBOTS. This meeting explored a comprehensive partnership aimed at introducing Easy Automator's software and hardware kit to the Brazilian market. The intention behind the meeting was to show a demo of the solution and discuss a potential collaboration between both companies.
Partnership 3: HCR America & Hanwha Robotics
Before EXPOMAFE, Marcio Mininel and I also met with HCR America and Gilberto Araujo, the representative of Hanwha Robotics South Korea. The goal was to explore a collaboration tailored for the broader Latin American market, ensuring that Easy Automator can offer comprehensive solutions featuring various brands of cobots and robots.
This multi-brand approach underscores Easy Automator's flexibility and commitment to meeting the unique requirements of different end customers. By working hand in hand with the right partners, we can deliver optimal solutions regardless of which robot or cobot brand our clients prefer.
EXPOMAFE 2025: The Industrial Automation Exposition In Brazil
From May 6-10, Global & Emerging Sales (G&E Sales) represented Easy Automator at EXPOMAFE in São Paulo—Brazil's largest trade fair dedicated to industrial machinery, automation, smart manufacturing, digitalization, and Industry 4.0.
The Experience
Exhibiting in the Bavarian Pavilion alongside other leading Bavarian companies, we attracted significant attention. DCTech Systems became instrumental in our EXPOMAFE presence, providing an ELITE ROBOTS CS66 cobot and supporting the setup at the trade fair. Their team's dedication and expertise proved invaluable throughout the exposition. Our booth demonstrated Easy Automator's capabilities using the cobot, showcasing how the solution works in reality.
The response was overwhelming—not just from industry professionals and potential clients, but also from students and educators eager to learn about our technology. This broad interest underscores the widespread recognition that automation is essential for the future of manufacturing.
A Television Moment
One of the most exciting highlights was an interview with Brazilian TV channel BandNews FM. Our partner André Bernal explained how Easy Automator's solution works and how it can help companies improve their operations. This media coverage provided invaluable visibility and credibility in the Brazilian market.
Key Statistics: The Impact Potential
Our conversations with Brazilian manufacturers revealed the enormous potential of automation:
- Efficiency improvements: Manufacturers can boost operational efficiency by up to 50% by implementing automation
- Cost reduction: Automation reduces labor costs and material waste
- Higher throughput: Businesses can manage larger order volumes
- Worker satisfaction: Automation frees workers from repetitive, dangerous tasks, allowing them to focus on higher-value work
These benefits are particularly relevant in Brazil, where finding skilled workers who can deliver quality and efficient work is becoming increasingly challenging.
Why Easy Automator Resonates in Brazil
What makes Easy Automator particularly powerful—and the reason for its name—is its simplicity. Even without a robotics background, users can learn to operate it quickly. During our training sessions and at EXPOMAFE, we demonstrated this repeatedly:
- No programming knowledge required
- Copy human motion and transfer it directly to robots/cobots
- Works with over 1,200 robot and cobot models
- Applicable across industries: welding, grinding, coating, polishing, deburring, gluing, and more
This ease of use, combined with broad compatibility, makes Easy Automator an attractive solution for Brazilian companies of all sizes.
The Road Ahead
Our trip to Brazil has been tremendously successful, establishing the foundation for Easy Automator's long-term presence in one of Latin America's most important markets. With three strategic partners now in place and significant interest from manufacturers across multiple industries, we're well-positioned for growth.
The partnerships we've built—from integration partners like Cobots Automação Robotizada to distributors like DCTech Systems—will be crucial in bringing Easy Automator's solutions to Brazilian end users. Together, we're committed to helping Brazilian companies automate their production processes, reduce their reliance on manual labor, and improve their operational efficiency.
A Special Thank You
This successful market entry would not have been possible without the dedication and support of our partners:
